AEP Texas Service Mechanic Joey Lozano returned to his roots and spoke to students at Anson High School where he graduated from in 2008. Lozano said there were about 25 students in attendance, and it was great to see that a lot of them were interested in the industry.
“I was very proud and appreciative to be able to make time to visit with the students there,” he said. “I’m frequently being asked questions about my work by students when I attend school functions.”
Lozano spoke about his role as a service mechanic, the importance of being safe on the job, and what it is like working for a company like AEP.
