AEP Texas is supporting higher education by giving $5,000 to the Uvalde Festival and Events Association for Palomino Fest. The festival is a community event that helps provide scholarships to students pursuing a degree at Southwest Texas College.

“Education is one of the strongest investments we can make in our communities,” said Jimmy Earnest, External Affairs manager for AEP Texas. “Palomino Fest not only celebrates the spirit and culture of our region, but it also creates opportunities for students to pursue their dreams through higher education. AEP Texas is honored to support an event that helps provide scholarships and opens doors for future generations of leaders, skilled professionals, and community members.”
